Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaptiz (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaptiz regarding your use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Zaptiz is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform designed specifically for electrical panel manufacturing businesses. The Platform provides tools for:

• Customer relationship management (CRM) and sales pipeline tracking
• Bill of Materials (BOM) generation with AI assistance
• OCR-based price list import from supplier PDFs
• Panel photo analysis for reverse engineering
• Inventory management and material tracking
• Manufacturing job scheduling and Kanban boards
• Accounting, invoicing, and GST compliance reporting
• Multi-role access control for teams of any size

3. Account Registration & Subscription

To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Zaptiz offers three subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Demo access for evaluation. Limited to 1 demo company and 2 users. Outputs are watermarked.
• Basic: ₹2,499/month for small panel shops. Includes 1 company, up to 10 users, 100 AI BOM generations/month, and 25 OCR imports/month.
• Premium: ₹6,999/month for growing manufacturers. Unlimited users and companies, multi-warehouse support, unlimited AI features, API access, and 24/7 priority support.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to it
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your tenant workspace

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zaptiz makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. AI-generated outputs (BOMs, cost estimates, OCR results) are suggestions and should be verified by qualified personnel before use in production.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zaptiz in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
