Yes. Access is controlled by role on every request. Zaptiz Electrical has job roles such as Sales, Purchase, Production and Accounts. Zaptiz Construction has nine company roles, project-team access and per-member control over who can see financial figures.

Data is isolated per company and served over TLS from Microsoft Azure in Central India. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication and alerts you to every login, sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies, and payment secrets are encrypted. See the Security page for details.

Yes — inside the workflows rather than as a separate chatbot. AI reads drawings, photos, price lists and supplier invoices, drafts BOMs, BOQs, quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts and bills, and answers questions about your own data.

No. Agents prepare drafts — quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts, bills — and a person confirms them. Automatic sending, where it exists, is off by default and must be switched on by an admin.

Yes. You can connect your own Razorpay or Stripe account so customers pay your invoices through a payment link (UPI, cards and netbanking with Razorpay). The money goes straight to your account.
