These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zaptiz.com and of the Zaptiz products — Zaptiz Electrical and Zaptiz Construction (together, the "Services") — provided by Prodigitz Lab Ltd ("Zaptiz", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- The organisation that creates an account is responsible for its users, their roles and the activity in its account.
- We recommend that all users enable two-factor authentication.
2. Subscriptions, trials and credits
- Plans, prices, user limits and AI credit allowances are as shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Prices exclude applicable taxes, including GST.
- Free trials last for the period stated for the product. When a trial ends, the workspace may become read-only until a plan is chosen.
- Plan changes and credit purchases are requested in the product and take effect once confirmed by Zaptiz and, where applicable, paid.
- AI credits are consumed by AI features according to the work performed. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services — including attempting to access other organisations’ data, probing or disrupting our systems, sending spam or unlawful content through email or WhatsApp features, or using the Services in breach of law.
4. Your data
Your organisation owns the business data it puts into the Services. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
AI features produce suggestions and drafts — for example BOMs, BOQs, quotations, purchase orders, goods receipts and bills. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before you confirm, send or rely on it. GST and TDS features help you prepare and check figures; they do not file returns and are not tax advice.
6. Third-party services
Integrations such as payment gateways, Zoho Books, Brevo and WhatsApp Business use your own accounts with those providers and are governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or retire features; where a change materially reduces a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On request, we will help account administrators retrieve their data for a reasonable period after termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of Prodigitz Lab Ltd’s registered office.
